World's Greatest

In Ultimate Frisbee, the World's Greatest is a move in which a player jumps from within the boundaries of the field to retrieve a disc that has flown out of bounds. In order to pull off a World's Greatest, the player must jump from behind the boundary line, catch the disc in midair, and toss it back into the playing field before he or the disc lands out of bounds, which would result in a turnover. Other definitions of a World's Greatest are more specific. Often to truly be considered a World's Greatest, the disc must be caught by a teammate after returning in-bounds, and some variants state that the disc be caught in the opponent's endzone. To maximize glory while attempting the World's Greatest, a player should lay out while making the catch and subsequent toss. The more bones you break, muscles you pull, and teeth you lose while attempting the World's Greatest will increase your glory by a factor of holy shit. When used in speech, the World's Greatest is often shortened to "the Greatest."

Great Valley High School

A building where the purest form of torture is bound to occur. Whether its from the shitty ass teachers or the guys forcing girls to give them blow jobs till they throw up. When you first walk into the school you will be welcomed by a wave of minty fresh air thanks to all the juuling. But thats not all! Walk in a little further and you will find weed in the bathrooms, and smuggled LSD tabs! Avoid the staircases or you might walk in on some actions that don't need to be seen by your virgin eyes. But beware if you run up the stairs too fast you might just tumble into another cheating scandal, each one headed by a douche-bag jock thats too busy practicing kissing his pillow to figure out how to do algebra 1. In the valley we pride ourselves on getting mediocre grades thanks to the 10 smart kids per grade that distribute their work to the rest of their class, but don't worry its not cheating when your hiding behind the macbook screen your daddy bought you.If you want to know more about our lovely school just give us a google where you can find some more of our scandals (and their sponsors) on the news.

The Great Resignation

The Great Resignation is a phenomenon that describes record numbers of people leaving their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, often with no prospects lined up.

Associated with the trend is the anti-work movement (created in 2013) and the associated subreddit r/antiwork. Both experienced a boom in members and activity with the increase of job resignations over the course of the pandemic.

Sunday scaries again… My job pays shit and almost all my coworkers have COVID. Despite all these bills to pay, I have serious resignation ideation. I’m not alone though; everyone around me is quitting their jobs en masse due to The Great Resignation.

Fuck it! Tomorrow I’ll finally write "I Quit" on my nut sack in magic marker and show em to my boss. Give him the ole’ testicular resignation.

"Dain" having generally fallen out of use in the English language is mostly used today only in its negative form, "disdain". However, "dain" is making a comeback among teens and twenties.
