When you shit yourself, vomit, cum, piss, and shit yourself all at the same. Bonus points for the amount of mucus that comes out of your nose. Usually a friend can collect it in a beaker and if it's over a certain amount you can achieve True Full Combo which means you have attained enlightenment.
