When a person puts his thumb on one side of a peron's neck and his index finger on the other side. Then the person must thrust downward very fast in order to leave a red mark. Similar to a mark left by a redneck. This is commonly done on flat grounds, however, for a more satisfying milk, milkers have been known to jump off of staircases, ledges, etc.

Erick: Yo Bryant! Check this out!
Bryant: What?
Erick: I'm gonna milk the shit out of Freddy!
