An insulting word with no particular meaning. Calling someone a glumpo can mean many different things depending on the person being insulted but largely dependant on the tone used while saying it.

"Shut up you freaking glumpo"

The unfortunate act of your scrotal tissue sticking to the side of your leg after a warm hot day. The problem with the glusak is that it hurts when the scrotal tissue is peeled away from the offending thigh(s).
