To covertly publicise the phone number of an enemy in order to bombard their cell phone with images of feces.

Douchbag wrongs subject-A.

Subject-A initiates Operation Brown-Out

Subject-A distributes Douchbag's cell number to anyone/everyone who is a stranger to douchbag (so as to ensure anonymity).

Douchbag's phone is bombarded with countless pictures of feces from many numbers that he is unfamiliar with. (Reminder that he/she is a piece of shit)

Final goal- Irritation and degredation of Douchbag, and in best case scenario-that the frequency of messages is so overwhelming that Douchbag has to get a new number over time.
