Not sure why this is an actual listing in the standard mailing country list. The Heard and McDonald Islands are a territory of Australia and are located three-quarters of the way between Madagascar and Antarctica. This is completely uninhabited, there are no discernable addresses, however you can always choose this as an option in the "country" list on any standard mailing form.
