Acronym for Texting to an Unintended Recipient Dilemma. When you think you are texting one person, but after they respond "???" , you realize that you were on the wrong screen.

Guy 1: I sent out a T.U.R.D. at work today. I'm such a bonehead.

Guy 2: Oh man, that happens to me all the time. What'd you do?

Guy 1: I thought I was sending a text message to my friend complaining about my sucky supervisor. Turns out I wasn't on my friend's conversation screen.
