Guys who are over wieght, less than 5 feet 5 inches tall with no neck. Wear thier polo shirts with the collar popped and wear hats side ways. Are known to hang around AA and NA meetings, also are usually named Joey.

Look at this guy walking into the meeting, he is such a short fat.

2. Used disparaginly, a bus of the variety used to transport children that is commonly held to be for people of significantly lesser intelligence or those of the "special education" classification.
