An administrator or other figure of authority who demands ridiculous results, but does not provide sufficient information. Much like a radio, he/she gives constant, inane chatter, without actually saying anything. Basically just a waste of time.

1.A great, under-looked at Sega title for the Xbox. it was the sequal to Jet Grind Radio (or Jet Set Radio in Japan) and also came as a double pack with Sega GT 2002.
