Used to describe an hour so late or so early as to be almost painful, usually between the hours of 2am to 5am. Also used to denote a time where looking at your watch will be of no value, because it's just that late or early.

a time for wine, often around early evening (5pm-ish). It is similar to "Beer O'Clock" in that it can be anytime a wine appreciator (read: "wino") feels that some good vino might just hit the spot
