A Male who finds other Men sexually attractive. A male who allows himself to think about other Men in a sexual way and doesn't feel guilty or wrong for thinking so. Someone who has no sexual morals and makes other men feel uncomfortable because he could be thinking about you sexually or wanting to rape you. Generally a poofta is a man who displays feminine, female traits and wears inappropriate clothing. Straight men find it fucking annoying to be around and disgusting to witness.
