Someone who has no sexual morals and makes other men feel uncomfortable because he could be thinking about you sexually or wanting to rape you. Generally a poofta is a man who displays feminine, female traits and wears inappropriate clothing. Straight men find it fucking annoying to be around and disgusting to witness.
