Skype Hangover

When you have a really loud, crazy, fun Skype call with everyone involved laughing and screaming and joking for a really long time, typically late into the night, and then the next morning, you wake up with a sore throat and hoarse voice from said screaming and laughing.

That call the other night was fun and all, but I got a major Skype hangover. I had to whisper everything so my fucking throat wouldn't kill me.
