Reportahos are either bitter people who are trying to get revenge on someone, or are overly sensitive newbs who think Facebook should be filled with rainbows and unicorns and are unable to ignore content they deem controversial. People who are against Reportahos believe Facebook reports should be reserved for only the very worst content.
I was bitched out on Facebook, instead of blocking that person and moving on, I became a reportaho and began to mass report each of that person's comments, as well as her account, in an attempt to get back at her.
