Shopping channel - syndrome

You know you have Shopping channel - syndrome, when:

- You buy something completely frivolous, just because it's been marketed to you by people with smiling faces.

- When you buy something in the belief, that if you had one you'd use it every single day (ex. bench press), but after finally buying it you use it for a while and then leave it to rot in your basement

- Also, if you buy a product just for the positive image you have in you're head of having one

Marcus finally bought the punching bag he'd been dreaming of, used it for a couple of weeks, and now it just dangles from the ceiling reminding him of his Shopping channel - syndrome

Shopping Vulture

A person (usually a female) that goes to some type of clothing or department store and walks around looking for things they like. After they find something they like they leave and wait until it goes on clearance, much like a vulture waiting for its chance to feast on a rotting carcass.

"She's been here for almost two hours, is she gonna buy anything?!"

shopping cart gridlock

When you are grocery shopping during the rush hour and you can't get through the aisle because there are too many carts in the way, can't back up either because other shoppers piled in behind you and nobody can move.

I can't get to the tostada chips & jalapeno cheese dip, I'm stuck in shopping cart gridlock...
