A term, originated on the playgrounds of East Oakview Elementary, used to obtain the attention one needs in any particular situation. This term may also be used in place the common X-Box game, Fifa.

Chris: (Sitting on his bed) What's going on tonight?
Billy: I don't know man I just wanna get pooped.
Chris: Ya, me too man.
Billy: So, what do you wanna do?
Chris: Feef.
Billy: What you just said is perhaps one of the most insanely idiotic things that I've ever heard.

The accumulation of alcohol in the bottom of saved liquor bottles. The remnants later used to create a disgusting conglomeration of various alcohols for shots. Poor mans shots.
