putting words in the horse's mouth

the ugly anti-social habit of interrupting someone by finishing their sentences/words for them
boy, in an argument with his father:

boy: dad, sorry, but I'll skip dinner tonight and (...)

father: (...) finish your chemistry and physics projects you are working on with your girlfriend Melissa?

boy: kodem koll, dad, stop putting words in the horse's mouth, something you've learnt to do so well lately. it's rude. And FYI it's actually Spanish and Latin homework I was going to work on anyways. I'll work on the chemistry and physics later.

putting it in their life

Completely defeating, beating, overtaking, or any other positive things that you do to the opposing team/person in a game or in real-life.
Me: Hey did you see what I did to the enemy team?
Billy: No, what did you do?
Me: I was putting it in their life!
Billy: Dude no way! You beat them that bad?
Me: Yup.
