When someone's cell phone goes off in a classroom and everyone in that area coughs to cover it up. Normally used by students at up-tight high schools.

Megan's phone started goin off in English so we all gave her a courtesy cough so that the teacher wouldn't hear it.

A cough that is forced by forcing your body to wheeze heavily, and therefore allowing a Force Cough.
A force cough is very amusing to friends, and realease alot of happy endorfens :D

Zeus-Cough 

The act of puting cocain on the asshole of a sexual partner just before they take a shit. Said partner then forces a fart, injecting cocain and fecal matter into the nasal cavity the other partner.
