Parker 

A funny, smart, lovable kid who has his way around girls. He prefers girls of a different hair/eye color than his because he finds them to be more attractive. He talks a lot but is better with adults. He doesn't have a lot of guy friends, but he likes to play on his Xbox with them. He likes videogames, but would rather be playing outside. He hates school and is known to have a negative attitude when coming home. He loves unhealthy food but is not fat. He likes football and having fun.

Dude: I wish my friend was Parker.
Boy: I know, He's so smart and has a way around girls.

paralyzed parking 

-An alternate name for handicap parking spots
-A really bad attempt at parallel parking that results in your vehicle facing the wrong direction, being on a sidewalk, hitting another car etc.

Girl: "Oh look, there's a spot right near the entrance"
Guy: "No, wait...damn thats another paralyzed parking spot!"


Guy 1: "Park right between those two cars"
Guy 2: "I dunno if there's room..."
(attempt to parallel park is made, car ends up with right rear tire up on curb)
Guy 1: "Nice paralyzed parking there, moron"

parkette

A small piece of unused land that has been ignored, overlooked, abandoned or is othewise unsaleable that has been converted into a green space, recreational area or playground. Usually found in an urban setting and frequently near busy roads. Prevelant in cities eager to appear to be providing green space when they actually have lack of real parks.

Let's take the kids over the parkette to play and hope they don't run over by the speeding traffic.

parkville 

the place where you can find a whole school of kids playing outside all day because their uber-christian parents pretend that they are teaching them at home. where you could at one point find a balanced number of pro-george w. and anti-george w. bumper stickers. where, it doesn't matter if one is a "wigger" or a "goth" because either way, you've convinced me not to drink the water here. but it is a quaint little spot, rednecks and all. inflatable ravens characters adorn front lawns and drinking on the porch is not a-typical. also: thugs can be found at the whiz car wash and taco bell across the street where as the hottopic kids linger around burger king. don't confuse people from carney with parkvillians or else they are insulted.

Carney: Pfft, I'm north of Parkville. or should I say "pukeville"?

Parker 

Parker is a gorgeous girl that is always the life of the party and is known for her great sense of humor. Even though she is very pretty, her charm and wit are the factors that make her irresistible. She is very intelligent and sometimes thinks too hard about some things. It takes a lot for her to fall for someone. She can be kind of different at times, but that just makes her even more loveable. You always know when she is around because she loves to be in the spotlight and has a tendency to talk a lot. You can always count on her and know she will always be honest with you. Consider yourself lucky if you come across a Parker.

Boy 1: Damn, that girl is FINE.

Boy 2: Oh I know, but she's even more than that. She's a Parker.

Parking Meter 

Shoving a handful of quarters into a girl's slot and then leaving her on the sidewalk next to the gutter.

Rita the Hooker charged me for a whole hour when she only had to work for three minutes, so I gave her a parking meter in exact change.
