gender-bender

A person who sees gender as a sociocultural construction and not something innate. Because genders are roles we play, and not something inherant, gender is something that can be turned on or off, tuned in or out and will. Because of this, someone who bends gender might wear baggy pants and pee standing one day, and crack out heels and a corset the next. People can bend gender in many ways and contexts, and because of this, people who are of any gender or sexual orientation can be gender-benders.

Sometimes, I feel sexy in a slinky dress and lipstick. Sometimes I feel handsome in a button down and tie. Sometimes I wear ties with skirts, corsets and cufflinks. I am a gender-bender, and I can bend gender norms to fit my conception of who I am.

Gandeep

In general, a Punjabi male. The term is usually associated with heavy drinking and smoking, listening to rap/popular music, and in general "living in the moment". Often times, this translates into extreme Punjabi tribalism and general belligerence toward those who insult them. Most Gandeeps consequently display various levels of indifference to academic and intellectual affairs; the select few who don't, however, tend to be distinguished in the science, technology, and business worlds.

Where did you get your gender?

People use this term to refer to someone who owns their body and look powerful but at the same time they aren’t part of certain gender standards or don’t look like a certain gender at all. If a person uses this term it means they are gender envious of your looks and how your gender is figured out.

Example: Oh my god! You gorgeous, ugh, where did you get your gender?!?
