An extra fancy outhouse found in rural and backwoods areas that have two buckets of corncobs to wipe your ass with. One uses a red corncob on the initial wipe.Then one uses a white corncob to see if they need another red corncob.

There was a two corncob outhouse at the Boy Scout camp.

When it comes to a decision on who will be invited to your party or an outing with friends the nerds or uncool ones get the "outvote" thus they are "outvoted".

Shane: Dudes, should we invite Eric to the party?
Rudy: He gets an "outvote"!
Lyle: "No man, Eric is cool he gets a definite invote remember the last party when he did 5 kegstands passed out, woke up and then jumped up and did two more?"
Sam: "Yeah, Eric is an invote he is fun!"
