A young person who is not of Polish descent who choses to live in Hamtramck, Michigan because they were not yet ready to retire to Portland. They enjoy the low standard of living that Hamtramck offers, as evidenced by their radical practice of satire aimed at the lower standard of living they enjoy. They have a keen sense of time and space that allows them to locate momentary events in the city (Pop-Up restaurants, Pop-Up art galleries, and/or "house shows").
