A state of being in which a person relied on information found on wikipedia, generally in a scholarly context, then later, after having already put effort into something using this information, found out that the information was incorrect, and therefore was forced to redo that work.
Rebecca: Oh no! I just based these 37 intricate drawings of DNA molecules on information I found on wikipedia, and it turns out they're all wrong! I'm going to have to redo every single one!
