Nostradumbist

A national political figure who continually predicts bad stories about his political opponents that never pan out. Such as 2016 Republican candidate Donald Trump saying (prior to being a candidate) that he was digging up bad things on President Obama and then, as the 2016 Republican candidate for President he said Hillary Clinton's newly-found additional emails were going to be "bigger than Watergate." They were not. His predictions are always dumb and wrong.

Donald Trump's failed predictions of digging up lots of dirt on President Obama and then saying Hillary Clinton's email issue would be"bigger than Watergate" make him a real Nostradumbist.
