A lazer with Jimmy parts (Better (supposedly) because they are from the more expensive GMC Jimmy). As defined by Mac Lethal in his song '87 Blimmy.

Used to describe something appearing to be better than it really is.

That bro truck is a blimmy, it looked like it'd be awesome off road but it was the first thing to get stuck in the sand.
