"Bah" is a natural expression from our mouth in our daily life, but not just a word, in case without any origin behind it. It is a very specific particle to complete our specific conversation with our friends especially when we are in a very specific place. You can't put it without any attention unless you've already known its rules.
The golden rule is you can put it at the beginning either at the center or at the end of conversational sentences. You don't ever make jokes to someone who've said it, you can try to advise and repair someone's mistakes upon his/her "Bah" usage. Try to remember that the word "Bah" can be a sensitive word upon yourself and someone you know or don't if you're not follow its rules carefully.
In conclusion, handle the word "Bah" in care, don't let it fragile especially when you're among "us".
