A term used when talking to an extremely stupid person (a stoop). Usually used in a joking way to point out that someone is incorrect.

Peter: Why is dere a hole in da middle of dis cake????

stoopnagle

German dialect slang for possibly a bent or rusty nail; something useless. Usually used as a name for a child who is trying to be helpful but is not succeeding. See stupenägel. Possibly arachaic. Does not refer to a thing or applied to an adult.

Ach, du bist 'n stupenaegel. Translation: You're a stoopnagle. (You are useless!).

stoop monkey

Most likely involving members of the black community "posted up" on their front steps...or "stoop". Usually for a duration of time longer than the normal 8-hour workday. Most likely dressed in white-T's, sometimes involving brown paper bagged 40's, and occassionally joints behind the ear.
