n. A term used to describe one's ability to translate mentally projected instructions into manifested agility and coordination via an avatar in a virtual world.

Slang use: Describes the skills of someone who's way too good at video games; especially games that require meticulous detail and insane reaction times at breakneck speeds, such as Japanese shooters, complex fighting games, and Guitar Hero on Expert.

The term was popularized by the character Mouse in the movie "The Matrix" when describing Neo's preternatural speed, agility and reaction times during his kung-fu duel with Morpheus, despite having just learned how to use the interface of the construct program and the Matrix hacking software.

Some weird dystopian brain implant bullshit that Elon Musk came up with when he was high. At least I assume he was high because that's the only way anyone would ever think implanting fucking computer chips in your brain is a good idea.

Currently, the only use for the technology seems to be torturing monkeys. Hopefully Elon's stupid ass goes to jail for animal cruelty before he thinks of any more uses for it

Neuro-spicy

Neurospicy is a term used by people who are neurodivergant(meaning people with ADHD, autism, etc.). It’s simply just a silly little alternate term for neurodivergant person to use and express themselves.

Person A: “Why the f— are you never able to focus on anything?!”
Person B: “I’m neuro-spicy, dumb ass.”
Person A: “What?”
Person B: “I have ADHD.”

Neural Inhibitor

A device shaped like a steel circlet which is placed around the head of a person with psionic mental abilities (telepathy, telekinesis, etc.). The device emits high-frequency radio waves that disrupt the delta wave capabilities of the wearer's brain, thus dampening any psionic abilities. Neural inhibitors have been known to be capable of being reprogrammed to reverse the effect and actually create a barrier for the wearer against any telepathic infiltration or attack.

In 'X-Men 2: United', William Stryker placed a neural inhibitor on the telepathic Professor X's head in order to interrogate and incarcerate him without retaliation.
