Dooper

A word used to call someone dumb, a party pooper, no fun etc.

For example, if you are down in the dumps, you're a dooper. If you're being mean, you're a dooper. If you're a snitch who ruined someones first time, you're a dooper. If you don't know what another person is talking about, you're a dooper.

droppers

"Droppers" are used cigarettes that have been dropped onto the ground or left discarded on the footpath etc. Particularly those cigarette butts that are targetted by poor people to be picked back up and re-smoked due to tobacco being increasingly expensive thesedays. Sometimes these droppers are saved up until there is enough tobacco to tear off and combine together to roll your own ciggie using a new rollie paper etc.

You: Why is that homeless person just wandering around slowly staring at the ground for?
Friend: They're probably just scabbing droppers.
