To do someone's chores or other tedious work on their behalf, often in the context of a lazy person or someone using weaponized incompetence to avoid the work.
A dialogue in which the term "push someone's broom" is used:
George: "What happened between you and Rosanna down in Texarkana?"
Sanger: "We're exes now; wanted me to push her broom."

A dirty way to push another/others into taking their opinions against a specific person or group
They (Broomers) impose their opinions or beliefs on other people, they try and make people accept them as a rule or as a model to copy.
Manipulators use this tactic to make others feel they're looking out for you and therefore hoping you'll defer to them.
Broomers are pushing you into a dust pan of filth (often completely made up "reasons") they've convinced you to believe about a person or group in order to take away your independence to make your own conclusions, and just believe theirs
Manipulative control tactics to turn you against a person or group to gain more people to be against them
Broomers need to gain more detractors to be against a specific person or group. This way, to others watching, it appears the majority against them must be right.
(Which gains more people against the person or group.)

Brooming & Dust-panned
She was telling him multiple lies about <insert name here>, brooming him to take her opinions as fact, when in reality she dust-panned him into believing her's.
