Linsanity

adj. The characteristic word defining a moment of greatness that Jeremy Lin, an NBA player, who was undrafted out of Harvard and nearly cut three times until he was given significant playing time due to desperation for the New York Knicks. Ever since then, he has been starting every game and has been a solid player. This phenomenon is described as "Linsanity"

Hardships that he had to overcome that regard him as an underdog:
-Asian-American of Taiwanese/Chinese descent
-Harvard graduate
-Perseverance despite being undrafted and cut multiple times
-High pressure to perform well as many regard him as the face of Asian American athletics

Imaginary person: "Holy crap, did you just see that 3 point dagger against the Toronto Raptors?"

Someone who hides their smile. They are often hurt. Although they seem confident, they are usually broken. They always feel like a disappointment and failure, and although they may act confident and happy they are often hiding something. All they wish for is someone that they can actually depend on. They are incredibly sweet on the outside They are often perceived as optimistic.

Lindsay

Lindsay is a complicated girl. She's often shy so you don't really notice her. Lindsay could be the girl of your dreams. She likes things that guys like; sports and the same kinds of movies and music. She may seem plain to the untrained eye, but once you get to know her and really look, she is beautiful. Lindsay is a hopeless romantic and wants nothing more than to fall in love. She doesn't have much experiance with guys but she can't help but be picky because she knows there's that once special guy out there for her. She's a great friend. When you know her, she is the funniest person you know, but when you don't, she is extremely reserved. If you make the first move she'll know you're special. Lindsay knows there are other prettier (and/or sluttier) girls out there who you could fall for, but she wishes you'd notice her because once you do, you'll wonder why you ever went without her.
