Lo que escuchó cachineromaldito en los primeros segundos del video de Yahir García en Facebook "Cuando voy por la calle y veo a un perrito" ("Cuando voy por la calle y veo a un perrito" en el buscador de Facebook o "ETE PAPATITO" en Youtube). En el video se aprecia el animoji del tiburón hablando tierno (voz de Yahir García). El meme hace referencia a cuando uno ve un perro en la calle, le causa ternura y le habla bonito.

Bajo el consenso de cachineromaldito y sus seguidores, "ete papatito" tiene un significado nulo, y se suele usar de manera repentina y sin razón alguna. Simplemente ete papatito. También existen variaciones como "ete" o "simplemente ete". Su uso es repentino también, aunque "simplemente ete" se puede usar en respuesta para dar explicación a cualquier pregunta o suceso.
