Sploops: obviously a very random and quite stupid sounding word/name. Coincidentally a Sploops will generally be quite unique random and slightly stupid however, this doesn’t change the fact that they are undeniably funny kind and overall great. To balance out their virtually opposite counterpart Sploopy (find definition) a Sploops is forced to always be the fun one who messes around and is overly annoying but if you find yourself in a situation where you r the the Sploopy I garante you wont mind it one bit. Sploops are 99% of the time gonna be quite short although you won’t want to admit it you’ll find them kinda cute which may be annoying for either you or them or both who knows. While Sploops are undeniably annoying obnoxious etc this can’t take away from the fact that they are one of the best friends you’ll ever have :)

In Arthur Ransome's "Swallows and Amazons" book, all of da children were experienced boat-operators, but since Roger Walker was only seven, he might have still needed at least some sloopervision from his older siblings or one of da Blackett sisters, especially if da weather on da lake was a bit blustery.
