Cecilia is a kind and loving person. She cares about anybody even if she isn’t great friends with them. She is quiet and shy around people she doesn’t know but once you spend time with her she is the loudest person you’ll ever meet. She talks herself down a lot so she needs compliments. Even though she’ll say they’re not true she still wants to hear them. She struggles talking to boys even though they all want to get with her. She has a very low self confidence level with how she looks but is very beautiful. She usually has blonde hair fo most Cecilias are Scandinavian. Bright green or blues eyes with long dark eyelashes. Beauty everywhere.
