a creepy guy who knows what you're doing at all times and when they don't they're trying to know. Someone who harrasses, annoys, provokes because of self contempt and jealousy. Is known for doing anything to get a reaction. Will go to any length because hes so f'in sad and has no life whatsoever. Bruised ego loser.

Rawzack was such a stalker, he even followed them online.

Raw meaning 'very cool' A rawhead being someone who is very cool/bait/popular. Can be used sarcastically to hint someone who thinks their cool is a loser. Read Examples.

Non Sarcastic
Person A: ' You know that ben kid?'
Person B: ''Oh yeah i heard he knocked out some 7foot guy the other day, hes a rawhead bruv!'
