Hence, a country that exports (say) mostly coffee and chocolate has to import almost everything else; if the price of chocolate and coffee declines, the country has no choice but to increase production of both, further reducing the price of both on world markets, and increasing the relative cost of everyhting it imports.

Terms of trade are determined notionally by the forex markets, but more fundamentally by (a) the markets for commodities, and (b) the ability of the country to finance transitions to other, higher-priced export goods.

Terms of trade typically lead to very high real exchange rates for currencies like the Indian rupee.

ib tests

Tests that you take in May of your senior and junior year depending on the course either SL or HL.

Are graded on a scale from 1-7 and a 4 is needed on average for all your tests to get the IB diploma.

This diploma has no affect on your life or college admissions since you are already accepted by the time you take these tests.

And its like fucking impossible to score 7s on IB tests.

I like how people brag that they get all 5s on their AP tests and ask me "So have you gotten all 7s on your Ib tests?"

"No faggot" is my response.
