implying that you will accompany someone to any event or gathering, and, usually without warning, not show up. Samming may involve a number of excuses.

5:30 PM (eastern standard time)- Pencek said he was coming over for wine and then then bar. 2:30 AM (timezone unknown)- Pencek most likely asleep in his bed, with no warning, completely samming all of us.

At first Sammi might come of as a bitch, but once you get to know her, she's actually probably the best thing that has ever entered your world. I mean when i met my sammi... she completed my world finally. She'll love you, care for you, have your back with everything, and slap someone in the face if they've hurt you in anyway.. believe me. An extremely soaked, delicious and deadly sandwich exclusively made in Chicago by hairy men with thick 'Cago accents. Wet sammiches are often accompanied with a tug job (also knows as a teej). Favorite sammich of puffins in the North Atlantic.
