Pase de Mecos

A derogatory phrase used to subjugate someone in Spanish. It literally translates to "cum snort," and is performed by ejaculating on your rival's chest, then making them blow dry it, scrape it off with a razor blade, remove stray chest hair, cut it into a line, then snort it.

In certain circles, the ejaculate is snorted directly off the victim's chest, and in some cases the ejaculate is snorted in liquid form.

A lazy co-worker who portrays to be a hard worker . Instead of helping his fellow co workers he will be hiding in the restroom texting and on Instagram. When it's time for a 30 minute break his break will be 50 minutes his 10 minute breaks will be 20. He's very sneaky and will help for 5 minutes but say he helped you for an hour. The best attribute is that the mañoso is always talking it don't matter if you need help he will hold a conversation while all the other employees suffer and need help. He will wait til the last minute to get his work done usually about the end of his shift

he willl act like he's been working hard all day even though he's been hiding.
