Historic: traditional African dish of stewed goat scrotum. Brought to America by slaves and adapted to Southern cooking conventions.

Current: Served deep fried at breakfast at any small diner in South Carolina, Georgia, and lower. Interestingly, nobody likes it, but they think other people like it. Yankees will often order it, mistaking it for grits (a more common and even grosser dish.)

Yankee1: What are groats?
Yankee2: Some podunk cornpone sorta thing.
Yankee1: I'll have that.

Grefting

Grefting is derived from the word Gref, generally used to describe the action of Gash-Hunting, or being out on the pull. Is occasionally used to describe the act of stealing/shoplifting, and hiding the objects stolen inside ones Gref, or Vagina.

1. The Boys were going out Grefting, hopes were high as Robert and the BabeRider had a foolproof plan.

2. Whilst shopping in ASDA, Ollie and friends noticed a crowd of gypsy women 'Grefting' their weekly neccessities.

Acronym for Get Rid Of One Thing Every Day. To eliminate/throw away/give away one item laying around one's household daily, in order to eliminate excessive clutter to better organize things.

I grooted an old can of varnish that had been sitting under my bathroom sink for years.

Someone who uses a variety of technological means, such as facebook, blackberry messenger etc, to graft on the opposite sex. i.e. going out of ones way completely, putting in an extraordinary amount of effort for minimal gains.
