Getting a lot of not so high quality plastic surgery. Falling on needles is a phrase used when something usually a femal (or drag queen) has had a lot of cosmetic surgery and will "fall on any needle" that presents itself. A lot of times this is "black market" plastic surgery that isn't 100% FDA approved.

Usually includes lack of communication, awkward hard holding, Homecoming dances, and breaking up after three or so weeks.
