Jabber lappers typically drive either v8,s that sound good or small doof doof cars with stereos that sound good. Usually done by rev heads on a regular basis on weekends. Male Jabber Lappers tend to drive with one elbow resting out the window. Female Jabber Lappers are a newer breed but they still partake in this pursuit, tending to drive smaller cars typically with some sticker on the back window claiming them to be a princess or 100% bitch.
Jabber Lappers will typically drive the same stretch or circuit of road repeatedly in any given evening or afternoon.
