while usually just muscular soreness (possibly from doing something stupid while high), it can extend to common side effects such as bloodshot eyes and temporary memory loss if they're causing discomfort.

it can also apply to situations where pain is experienced while obtaining or preparing a joint, including cutting yourself by accident while chopping weed or getting a papercut from low quality rolling paper.

joint pain, although temporarily uncomfortable, is always worth the struggle.

A marijuana cigarette, or joint, rolled in a larger than usual fashion so as to accommodate a small group of friends while relaxing and watching the world go by from the roof of the building.

A person who is the distraction of another person in a relationship. The side joint is used for comfort when the main joint or boyfriend messes up, and also for sexual relationships. Sometimes the side joint is promoted to main joint / boyfriend if there is no one in that position, or the current holder fucks up.

Angelina Jolie was Brad Pitts side joint on "Mr & Mrs. Smith" because he was currently already in a relationship.

2) Literally smoking two joints at the same time or one after the other.

She was living in a single room with three other individuals. One of them was a male and the other two? Well, the other two were female. God only know what they were up to in there. And furthermore, Susan, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that all four of them habitually smoke marijuana cigarettes...reefers.

I smoke two joints in the morning, I smoke two joints at night, I smoke two joints in the afternoon, it makes me feel alright.
