Basically like normal Jenga but every time you take a piece out of the tower you have to do a shot of tequila. Other alcohols can be used if tequila isn't available. In the end your so drunk it gets very difficult to keep the tower standing. When the tower is knocked over the players get to decide a humiliation for the loser. What happens in the end all depends on how drunk you are and how much you like the loser.
