Can be expressed two ways; faith in humanity lost or faith in humanity restored. Faith in humanity lost means something someone witnessed that cause them to have a negative perspective on the growth of humanity. Faith in humanity restored means someone witnessed a good deed or something that was they believe is morally correct which gives them hope in our human world

2. A little girl just ran to an elderly man's aid after he has slipped on ice, she then walked him to his location to make sure he did not slip again. My with in humanity is restored
