A stupid town next to some railroad tracks that is mostly known for its nothingness and for the local high school's cheereleaders pissing in another teammates cup of coke. This town is now commonly referred to as the "Piss-coke town".

This town is also commonly referred to as "Saggyballs"

Tom: Hey Bob, did you hear about that school where the cheerleaders peed in their teammates coke? It is in Saginaw, Texas.

Bob: Oh yeah, lol, the pisscoke school. Yeah, I have heard of "Saggy-balls".

wearing ones pants below the waist to make pants baggier. This is seen as a "cool" way to wear pants, as seen by the number of rappers, skaters, rock stars, etc. that wear them. Usually a belt is not worn to reinforce sagging.

I was walking down the street, and my pants were sagging, so i had to pull them up every 3 seconds.
