The Watkins is the act of someone being passed out in the back of a car and driving them to a neighborhood that they are unfamiliar with and leaving them sleeping locking the car and abandoning them. This is usually done in a rideshare van and can only be done to people that are completely oblivious to their surroundings. Extra points if it is over Statelines.
