This is a saying used to describe a Male or Female that cheats on their significant other or lies to their significant other or plays with they feelings or break they heart.

Female: I swear Niggas cheat and lie too much and get mad when they girlfriend cheat on them and try to kill another dude about a girl he cheated on Niggas ain't shit.
Male: And y'all Females be sneaky and cheating on the low and if a nigga don't wanna date bitches be crazy with burning yo shit on fire and all that crazy shit.

The Netherlands

Country in North-West Europe which capitol is Amsterdam, inhabited by the dutch. Officially known as Nederland or "Netherland", but referred to in plural in English, French and German out of respect for it's tolerance towards the use of marijuana, prositution and gay rights.

Netherworld

The Netherworld is Marvel Comics attempt at the definement of "Hell", complete with its own ruler Mephisto. Same fire, brimstone, little demons, screaming souls, etc. Whenever an evil character dies, he always ends up there. The Netherworld can be breached by only the most powerful of sorcerers (such as Dr Strange) and the lost souls can be rescued on occasion.

Currently the Netherworld is ruled by the Demoinic entity known as Blackheart, who after killing his father Mephisto, usurped the power of the Netherworld for himself and became the current ruler.

"The Netherworld isn't a place you'd want to live.... hell you wouldn't even want to visit! Oops, I said Hell, no pun intended, really!"
