The opposite of lit. When something/someone is boring, lame, slow, invisible or tame. If we're all stars, the ones not shining are out of gas or dim. This term originated in New Orleans and was popularized by the hip hop artist Johnny Sam. Can be used as a synonym for buzzkill.

Mans #1: Yall wanna hit the block party on frenchmen?
