Sloppy. Droopy. Frumpy. Female slob.

Usually a female, but can at times be a male. Someone who has completely given up on appearance. They dress only for comfort. Sweat pants or pajama bottoms are frequent attires of a dumpy person. Also, oversized, stained t-shirts are commonplace, as well.

Wow, I just got back from shopping at Walmart. I can't belive the incredible amount of dumpy chubber chicks that I saw at that store. Simply amazing in an underwhelming bad sight kind of way.
