Similar to a Dense nancy, frail or flighty person that likes to dance among flowers yet is oblivious to their own destructive behavior. It is Often used to be suggestive to the behavior of a Flaming gay, who acts like a dumb blond but can also apply to a straight guy.

One of Zoolander's model roommates that went out flaming in the gas station fight, would be a perfect example of a Prancing Ninny.

This person also has great talent, such as being able to eat 3 ice creams within the space of 4 minutes whilst outside at a temperature of 0 degrees.

Despite this exquisite personality, this person has terrible music taste, cannot walk straight, feeds a lot in league and is a very toxic person in general.
